2025 NORDIC FORUMS - SUMMER EDITION!
At Bridge, we’re passionate about crafting meaningful and memorable experiences—and the Nordic Forums Roadshow stands as a proud example of that mission. This growing annual initiative took an exciting new step this year with the launch of our first-ever Summer Edition, expanding our reach and creating even more opportunities for collaboration and connection across the Nordic region.
Spanning three cities over three days—Helsinki, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen—this exclusive roadshow united a curated selection of world-class luxury travel suppliers with high-calibre Nordic buyers. The event format was intentionally designed to break away from the rigidity of traditional trade shows, focusing instead on genuine one-to-one engagement in relaxed, after-work settings.
Each stop on the tour was hosted in a carefully chosen venue that encouraged informal conversation, connection, and creativity—whether it was a rooftop with stunning views or a cosy, stylish lounge. The result was a vibrant atmosphere where partnerships could evolve naturally and productively.

The 2025 Nordic Forums, held from January 28th–30th, brought together a curated selection of outstanding hotels, travel, and tourism companies from around the globe for an exclusive three-day roadshow across Scandinavia. Tailored specifically for the Nordic MICE and luxury travel markets, the event featured a series of after-work networking sessions designed to foster genuine, relaxed connections between exhibitors and high-calibre buyers from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

2025 VALAMAR SKI FAM TRIP TO OBERTAUERN, AUSTRIA
Our recent FAM trip to Obertauern brought together travel professionals from Sweden and Denmark for three unforgettable days in the breathtaking Austrian Alps. Co-hosted by Bridge Representation and Valamar Hotels, the experience highlighted everything this snow-sure destination has to offer.
We stayed at the stylish Valamar Kesselspitze 4-star hotel, where comfort met alpine elegance. Site inspections at Valamar Obertauern and the trendy Places Obertauern Hotel gave us a firsthand look at the diverse accommodation offerings available for different types of travellers.
Days were spent carving down pristine slopes under clear skies, with plenty of pit stops to enjoy local flavours and drinks. Evenings were equally rewarding, with time to relax in the hotel spa and indulge in hearty mountain cuisine.

The trip struck the perfect balance between discovery, networking, and relaxation – reinforcing Obertauern as a standout destination for Scandinavian travelers seeking premium winter experiences.
2024 NORDIC FORUMS ROADSHOW
We are still excited by the success of the roadshows we hosted in January earlier this year. The 2024 Nordic Forums marked our second successful event of this kind, uniting Nordic MICE and luxury buyers for three days of engaging B2B workshops.
We brought along 15 incredible handpicked hotels from around the world, carefully chosen to appeal to our Scandinavian clientele. The list included renowned establishments such as AC Hôtel by Marriott Nice, Core Hospitality, East Hotel & Restaurant GmbH, Emirates, ILUNION, Incentive Connections Tourism LLC, JIVA HILL RESORT, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, La Finca Resort, Le Meridien Beach Plaza - Monaco, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin, PortAventura Business & Events, Real Hotels Group, The First Group and Valamar Riviera.
Over the course of the three days, we organized a series of after-work workshops for over 60 MICE agents and Luxury Buyers across Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. These roadshows were hosted in spectacular venues like the elegant Hotel Continental in Oslo, here the relaxed and interactive workshop format provided an ideal setting for establishing valuable business connections, while guests enjoyed a glass of wine and delicious bites.
In Stockholm, the elegant 7A Strandvägen provided an exquisite setting for networking and mingling over drinks and mingle plates.
The roadshow concluded at the luxurious Skt Petri in Copenhagen, this stylish 5-star hotel served as a fitting finale to a truly successful gathering.
2023 INCENTIVE CONNECTIONS NORSK FAM TRIP TO DUBAI
We were delighted to have the opportunity to educate a fantastic group of Norwegian MICE agents in Dubai. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Emirates and our exceptional local partners during this exciting two-day program.
Our VIP guests were given the ultimate 5-star experience, including round-trip flights with Emirates, 2 nights at The First Collection Jumeirah Village Circle and the final night at The First Collection Business Bay, as well as a Safari Experience and Sightseeing tours showcasing everything Dubai has to offer.

This was our first Nordic Forums tradeshow, and we were bowled over by its success!
This 3-day B2B Tradeshow kicked off at the luxurious Skt Petri in Copenhagen, followed by a memorable evening at the chic Diplomat Hotel in Stockholm. The tradeshow culminated at the Amerikalijen Hotel in Oslo, where attendees were treated to a break from city life and transported to some of the world's most luxurious destinations.
2024 BERG-HANSEN FAM TRIP TO LONDON
We had a fantastic time planning an exciting itinerary for this wonderful Norwegian FAM trip to London! We enjoyed showcasing the incredible offerings of Millennium Hotels in this vibrant city. From luxurious hotels in trendy neighbourhoods like Chelsea, Fulham, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Kensington, to indulging in a quintessential English Afternoon Tea at the Tara Hotel in Kensington, and enjoying a fabulous dinner at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel with breath-taking views over the River Thames. It's safe to say that our guests were treated to a truly exceptional experience.
To top it all off, we arranged yet another culinary delight with a delicious lunch at The Bugis Singapore Restaurant at the elegant Baileys Hotel Restaurant.

2023 MEET ENGLAND SALES MISSION
We had the immense pleasure of organizing the 2023 MeetEngland Scandinavian Sales Mission for five UK partners, including MeetEngland, Birmingham and West Midlands Convention Bureau, London Convention Bureau, Manchester Convention Bureau, and NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau.
The main goal of the Sales Mission was to showcase England as a premier business event destination, and we took great joy in crafting a bespoke itinerary to achieve this goal. We handled everything from finding the venues, to selecting the ideal menus for three exclusive luncheons. We hand picked 20 MICE agents for each event in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, and invited relevant media to attend each event to enable a larger audience to be reached.
Over the course of the three events, conversations flowed (as did the wine), knowledge was shared, taste buds were delighted and new business connections were made!
It was a delight to work alongside this prestigious National Tourist Board and Convention Bureaux and a privilege to meeting an incredible delegation, their passion for promoting England as a business event destination was truly inspiring.
2023 GDA MICE ROADSHOW
GDA Scandinavian Roadshow saw us creating another bespoke roadshow for a phenomenal group of DMCs from Europe & Morocco including cpb culturepartner Berlin GmbH, EY ZHN Greece SA - Travel & Experience Designers, Montenegro Concierge DMC, KTI Voyages and our partner Silversea Cruises.
The 3-day event provided an ideal platform for our partners to present their destinations to the Scandinavian market and establish new connections. This marked the 4th Roadshow we have created for GDA, and we are delighted to have a satisfied customer!
BESTIVAL 2023 BERLIN
Bridge Representation was proud to be the marketing agency in the Nordics for the annual Berlin MICE & Travel Business Festival: #BESTIVAL23. We had the pleasure to work with the visitBerlin – Berlin Convention Office team, and host a group of select MICE buyers, to discover all that vibrant Berlin has to offer. Three days of inspiring speeches, workshops, networking activities, vibrant colours, and of course amazing locations!
FAM TRIP TO DUBROVNIK WITH OUR CLIENTS VALAMAR
Just returned from an incredible FAM trip to Dubrovnik with our client Valamar, hosted in collaboration with Spicy Event, showcasing the very best this stunning destination has to offer – and what a few days it was!
Our 3-day itinerary offered a perfectly curated blend of inspiration, relaxation, and networking across three unforgettable days. Guests were welcomed with a scenic brunch at Restaurant Dubravka, overlooking the Old Town, followed by a leisurely lunch at Restaurant Ruđer and check-in at the stylish Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel. The evening concluded with a serene seaside dinner at La Mar, located in the elegant Valamar President Hotel.
The second day began with a relaxed breakfast on the terrace, complete with stunning sea views, and free time to enjoy the hotel’s pool and spa. After lunch at Valamar Argosy Hotel, guests experienced a scenic speedboat transfer to Lopud Island—a peaceful haven of sandy beaches and charming cafés. The day ended with a refined dining experience at Restaurant Posat, near the iconic Pile Gate.
On the final day, we explored the tranquil Konavle region, ideal for teambuilding, and wrapped up the trip with a riverside farewell lunch at Konavoski Dvori, framed by lush greenery and cascading waterfalls.
